The Customer, by sending his purchase order in the various ways provided, accepts and undertakes to observe these General Conditions of Sale illustrated below, declaring that he has read and accepted all the information provided by him, also taking note that ECOWATER does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing between the parties.
The contract stipulated between ECOWATER and the Customer must be considered concluded with the sending of the order to ECOWATER, which reserves, in any case, the right, at its sole discretion, to accept the order, even if only partially.
Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer, who is always required to communicate his / her address, under penalty of inexecution / nullity of the order received, at the sole discretion of ECOWATER.
Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by ECOWATER by means of a reply sent to the (e-mail) address supplied by the Customer. This confirmation message will contain the date and time of receipt of the order and a 'Customer Order Number', to be used in any further communication with ECOWATER. The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
ECOWATER reserves the right to refuse orders from the Customer with whom a dispute has arisen in relation to one or more orders previously placed, or in the event that ECOWATER believes, in good faith, that the Customer has violated these General Conditions or who is engaged in fraudulent activity or for any other reason that ECOWATER may deem legitimate.
In case of non-acceptance of the order, ECOWATER undertakes to promptly notify the Customer.
On this website all the products available at the time of the order are visible. Since the possible simultaneous access and the possibility of simultaneous "online" orders modify the availability of the product, ECOWATER does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered product.

Shippment
The products will be shipped in 15 working days from the order and they'll be delivered in 1 week.
Right of withdrawal
All products purchased can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods. To return what has been purchased, you must complete a return request and send it to [email protected]
Contract termination, express termination clause, disclaimer
ECOWATER reserves the right to terminate the stipulated contract by simply notifying the Customer indicating the reason. In this case, the Customer will only be entitled to a refund of any sum already paid.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages, and in particular, by way of example, for the loss of business, profit or opportunities deriving from or consequent to the purchase of products on this website, to people and / or things, connected to the execution and / or non-acceptance, even partial, of an order and this also for reasons of stock shortage or unavailability of products.
No responsibility can be attributed to ECOWATER for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
ECOWATER is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier to the products purchased.
